  • Since support packages are digital, symbolic, and delivered immediately, refunds may be limited.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Once a digital token or certificate has been delivered via email, it may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Display of your name in the Supporters List is considered part of the symbolic support and is non-refundable.
