Welcome to microsip.org. By using this site and purchasing support packages, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services and Support Packages

microsip.org offers symbolic support packages to help fund the development of our Open Source project. The available packages are:

  • Bronze Support – receive a Symbolic Thank You (PDF)
  • Silver Support – receive a Personal Thank You Certificate (PDF)
  • Gold Support – receive a Personal Thank You Certificate (PDF)
  • Platinum Support – receive a Personal Thank You Certificate (PDF)

In addition, the purchaser’s name may be displayed in the Supporters List on the site.

2. Payments and Processing

All payments are processed securely via Paddle, a third-party payment provider. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle’s Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

The purchase of support packages is symbolic and grants the digital token(s) described above.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

All refunds are subject to refund policy. Please refer to Paddle’s website for details on eligibility and processing of refunds.

4. Digital Tokens Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive your digital token(s) via email in PDF format. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address for delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, digital tokens, and certificates remain the intellectual property of microsip.org. Purchasers receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the tokens for personal recognition only.

6. Limitation of Liability

microsip.org is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues with the Paddle payment system
  • Delays or failures in delivery of digital tokens
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchased tokens

7. Changes to Terms

microsip.org reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.
